A section of the Zelbovitz family (in the Nosson branch) left Lithuania and settled in Jacksonville, Florida by way of Baltimore. This article, aside from being academically interesting, talks about how early Jewish immigrants to Jacksonville established a tight knit community in LaVilla between the 1880s and 1920s.
